The dues paid by the homeowners each month changes yearly in July. Monthly dues are currently $525.00. These dues pay for:

Insurance for the exterior of the homes along with the grounds

Landscape/mowing

Snow removal

INSURANCE DOCUMENTS
05.01.25 - 05.01.26 PAHA Insurance Policy
Homeowners are required to maintain proper HO6 coverage with a Loss Assessment level equal to the PAHA deductible, which is currently $50,000. Please secure insurance and provide a copy of your declarations (dec) page to Kathy Carlson at kathycarlson1@comcast.net upon coverage and at every renewal.
