Some of things to know about our neighborhood!

We live squarely between Apple Valley & Burnsville.  Both 35E & 35W are less than a mile from our homes, making your drive around the Twin Cities super convenient.

 

If you drive down CR42, you will find great markets both to the east the west.

You can hike and ski the trails in the winter too!  They have multiple baseball fields and great space for other recreational activites.

Then there's Wood Park, just across the street.  A great place to fish, play tennis or pickleball, hit a golf ball around, hike or just meditate.

Medical Desk Essentials

Only 5 blocks the other direction, we have major medical facilities, including Fairview Ridges Hospital, Park Nicollet Medical Center, and a host of other providers to suit any need.

They provide excellent services, community, recreation,  volunteer opportunities, and tons of fun.

We are part of the ISD 196 Apple Valley school system, but many of our kids have attended the ISD 191 Burnsville school system too.  Echo Park STEM Elementary is only 3 walking blocks away.  Both school systems are considered excellent.  Your children will have a great experience in either of these districts.  Click on the logos to be directed to their website.
